This Legal Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") applies to your access to and use of the MeeXH website at https://www.meexh.com (the "Site"), the MeeXH mobile application (iPetLife, the "App"), the MeeXH device (the "Device"), and all related services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Meexh (Hangzhou) Tech Co., Ltd, doing business as MeeXH ("MeeXH," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. General Disclaimer
THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
While MeeXH endeavors to ensure that the information on the Site and App is accurate, complete, and current, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
2. Product Use and Safety Disclaimer
2.1 Not a Substitute for Responsible Pet Ownership
THE MEEXH DEVICE IS AN ELECTRONIC TRACKING AID ONLY. IT IS NOT A PHYSICAL RESTRAINT, LEASH, FENCE, OR CONTAINMENT SYSTEM.
The Device will not:
- Physically prevent your pet from escaping, running away, or entering dangerous areas.
- Prevent your pet from encountering hazards, including but not limited to traffic, wildlife, bodies of water, dangerous terrain, or aggressive animals.
- Replace responsible pet ownership, direct supervision, proper training, exercise, and common sense.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY, WELL-BEING, AND SUPERVISION OF YOUR PET AT ALL TIMES.
MeeXH is not responsible for any loss, injury, or death of any animal, or any damage or injury caused by any animal, related to the use or inability to use the Device or Services.
2.2 Not a Medical or Veterinary Device
The MeeXH Device and Services are not medical devices, veterinary devices, or health monitoring devices. The activity tracking, location monitoring, and other features of the Device and App are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition in pets or humans. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any concerns regarding your pet's health, behavior, or well-being.
2.3 Choking and Ingestion Hazard
The Device, collar straps, accessories, charging cables, and all components may present a choking hazard or ingestion risk to pets, children, and other animals. Keep all components out of reach when not in use. Regularly inspect the Device and accessories for signs of wear, damage, or detachment. MeeXH is not responsible for any injury, illness, or death resulting from choking, ingestion, or other harm caused by or related to the Device or its components.
3. GPS and Location Accuracy Disclaimer
GPS LOCATION DATA PROVIDED BY THE DEVICE IS FOR REFERENCE PURPOSES ONLY AND MUST NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR SAFETY-CRITICAL DECISIONS.
The Device relies on satellite signals, cellular networks, and other technologies to determine approximate geographic location. MeeXH does not guarantee:
- The accuracy, precision, or reliability of GPS or location data at any given time.
- The availability of GPS or cellular signals in all geographic areas or environmental conditions.
- That location data will be available in real time or without delay.
- That the Device will function indoors, underground, in dense urban environments, or in areas with signal obstruction.
Location data may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable due to factors beyond MeeXH's control, including but not limited to satellite geometry, atmospheric conditions, signal blockage, network congestion, device positioning, and environmental interference.
DO NOT RELY ON THE DEVICE AS YOUR SOLE MEANS OF LOCATING YOUR PET. ALWAYS TAKE REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS TO ENSURE YOUR PET'S SAFETY, INCLUDING THE USE OF PHYSICAL RESTRAINTS, DIRECT SUPERVISION, AND IDENTIFICATION TAGS.
4. Cellular Connectivity Disclaimer
The MeeXH Device uses an embedded SIM (eSIM) for cellular data connectivity. The eSIM service is provided by A1 Telekom Austria AG, a third-party telecommunications provider. MeeXH does not guarantee:
- Cellular network coverage in all geographic areas.
- The availability, quality, or speed of cellular data connections.
- That cellular service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Cellular coverage maps provided by carriers are estimates and do not guarantee coverage at any specific location. MeeXH is not responsible for interruptions, limitations, or failures in cellular service provided by A1 Telekom Austria AG or any third-party network operator.
5. Intellectual Property Disclaimer
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and product names displayed on the Site and App are the property of their respective owners. The display of any third-party trademark or trade name on the Site does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by such third party.
Third-Party Trademarks:
- References to third-party products, services, or companies on the Site or App are for informational purposes only and do not constitute endorsement or recommendation by MeeXH.
- Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEEXH AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:
- YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
- ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR INACCURACIES IN THE CONTENT OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
- ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DEATH TO ANY PET OR OTHER ANIMAL.
- ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY.
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.
- GPS TRACKING ERRORS, CELLULAR CONNECTIVITY FAILURES, OR ANY TECHNICAL ISSUE RELATED TO THE DEVICE.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF MEEXH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, MEEXH'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MeeXH, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your violation of this Disclaimer or any other MeeXH policy.
- Your use or misuse of the Services.
- Any injury, loss, or damage to any person or animal arising from your use of the Device or Services.
- Your violation of any third-party rights.
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance.

This Disclaimer and any disputes arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

MeeXH reserves the right to modify or update this Disclaimer at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Disclaimer to reflect the date of the most recent changes.
