Meexh (Hangzhou) Tech Co., Ltd, doing business as MeeXH ("MeeXH," "we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website www.meexh.com (the "Site"), use the MeeXH mobile application ("iPetLife", the "App"), or purchase and use our products and services (collectively, the "Services").

Payment Information. MeeXH does not directly collect or store full payment card numbers. All payment transactions are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, and other PCI-compliant providers). We may retain only the last four digits of your payment method for transaction verification purposes.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect certain information, including:
- Log and Usage Data. Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring/exit pages, date and time stamps, clickstream data, and other diagnostic data.- Cookie Data. We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to recognize your browser, maintain your session, and analyze usage patterns. - Analytics Data. We use third-party analytics providers (including Google Analytics) to collect aggregated and anonymized data about how users interact with our Site and App.
1.3 Location and GPS Data
The MeeXH product utilizes Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) technology, cellular networks, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi to determine the real-time geographic location of your pet. This section describes our specific practices regarding location data.
Location Data Collection:
- When you use the MeeXH App with an activated MeeXH device, the device continuously collects precise geolocation data via GNSS and cellular triangulation.
- This location data is transmitted in real time to our servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the United States.
- The App may also request access to your mobile device's location services to enable certain features such as geofencing configuration and proximity alerts.
Location Data Use:
- Location data is used exclusively to provide the core tracking functionality of the MeeXH device, including real-time pet location display within the App, geofence alerts, location history, and activity tracking.
- Location data is displayed solely to the registered user associated with the device.
Location Data Sharing:
- MeeXH does not share, sell, lease, or disclose your pet's GPS location data to any third party for any purpose, including advertising, marketing, or data brokerage.
- Location data is accessible only by the account holder through the MeeXH App and by MeeXH personnel on a need-to-know basis for technical support and service maintenance.
1.4 eSIM Connectivity Data
Your MeeXH device includes an embedded SIM (eSIM) for cellular connectivity. The eSIM service is provided by A1 Telekom Austria AG. In connection with the eSIM service:
- A1 Telekom Austria AG may process device identifiers, usage data, and network connectivity data necessary to provision and maintain cellular service.
- MeeXH does not share GPS location data with A1 Telekom Austria AG.
- Cellular data usage related to the eSIM service is governed by the terms of your MeeXH subscription plan.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

Your data is not transferred to, stored in, or processed in any other jurisdiction, unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Privacy Policy.

We implement and maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:
