Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") applies to all orders placed through the MeeXH website at https://www.meexh.com(the "Site") and shipped by Meexh (Hangzhou) Tech Co., Ltd, doing business as MeeXH ("MeeXH," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy.

1. Order Processing

1.1 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within one to three (1–3) business days from the date the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Processing time includes order verification, quality assurance, packaging, and handoff to the shipping carrier. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

1.2 Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

1.3 Order Verification

We reserve the right to request additional information or verification for any order. If additional verification is required, processing may be delayed. MeeXH will notify you via email if your order requires verification.

1.4 Order Changes

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes (including address modifications, product swaps, or cancellations) can be accommodated. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to modify an order, contact us immediately at support@meexh.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified.

2. Shipping Destinations

MeeXH currently ships to addresses within the United States of America, including all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories where carrier service is available. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders at this time.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond MeeXH's control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, holidays, peak shipping seasons, and customs clearance (for international orders).

3.2 Shipping Carriers

MeeXH primarily ships via major national carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier for your order will be selected at our discretion based on the shipping method chosen, destination, package size, and other operational considerations.

3.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the delivery destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. MeeXH reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

3.4 Free Shipping Promotions

From time to time, MeeXH may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. The terms and conditions of any such promotion, including any minimum purchase thresholds and eligible shipping methods, will be communicated at the time of the promotion. Free shipping promotions apply to Standard Shipping only unless otherwise specified.

3.5 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier's website after you receive your shipping confirmation.

4. Shipping Issues

4.1 Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

1. Check with neighbors, family members, or building management to see if the package was accepted on your behalf.

2. Check all entry points around your delivery location, including side doors, back porches, garages, and any secure package lockers.

1. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number — carriers may have additional delivery details, such as GPS coordinates or delivery photos.

2. If the package remains missing after the above steps, contact MeeXH Customer Support at support@meexh.com within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery scan. We will work with the carrier to investigate the claim.

MeeXH is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. We recommend providing a secure delivery location and monitoring tracking information closely.

4.2 Packages Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives with visible damage:

1. Do not discard the packaging, product, or any packing materials.

2. Photograph the damaged packaging and product from multiple angles before opening further.

3. Contact MeeXH Customer Support at support@meexh.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, attaching your photographs and order number.

We will work with the carrier to file a damage claim and arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to the terms of our Return and Refund Policy. Failure to report damage within 48 hours may limit our ability to resolve the issue.

4.3 Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. MeeXH is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.

If you realize you have provided an incorrect shipping address:

- Before shipment: Contact us immediately at support@meexh.com with your order number and the correct address.

- After shipment: We are unable to redirect a package once it has shipped. You may contact the carrier directly to request a package intercept or redirect (fees may apply). If the package is returned to MeeXH due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package to a corrected address.

4.4 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to MeeXH as undeliverable (for reasons including but not limited to incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package), we will contact you. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges and a restocking fee as described in our Return and Refund Policy. Refunds for undeliverable packages will be processed within seven to ten (7–10) business days of the package's return to our facility, less applicable fees.

5. Order and Shipping Delays

MeeXH shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver products caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, or adverse environmental conditions.

- War, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, or government action.

- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies.

- Labor disputes, strikes, or work stoppages.

- Carrier service disruptions, transportation network failures, or infrastructure outages.

- Fuel shortages or energy supply disruptions.

- Customs delays, import restrictions, or regulatory actions.

- Supply chain interruptions or inventory shortages.

In the event of a known delay, MeeXH will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you via email.

6. Pre-Orders and Backorders

6.1 Pre-Orders

From time to time, MeeXH may offer products for pre-order. Pre-order products are charged at the time of pre-order placement. Estimated ship dates for pre-order products are provided on the product page and are subject to change. MeeXH will make commercially reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to estimated ship dates. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipment.

6.2 Backorders

If a product is on backorder, MeeXH will notify you via email with an estimated restock date. You will have the option to wait for the product to become available or cancel your order for a full refund. Backorder shipments will be processed in the order in which the original orders were placed.
